Genmar offers a range of computer services to office and home users in Bishops Stortford and surrounding areas.
Genmar specialise in providing IT support, consultancy and product sales to local businesses and offers a range of networking and computer solutions. We aim to sell everything your business needs to implement and manage its IT infrastructure so that you only need to deal with one company.
We install and maintain branded PC's and servers.
To service you after sales, we offer an on-site maintenance contract
Effectively this allows us to look after your regular IT maintenance i.e. backup, updates, antivirus etc. Also we are able to offer remote access, reduced hourly rates and free consultancy. It also includes a minimum one hour inclusive per month on-site labour.
Backing up of important data is vital. Working with many local businesses we are only too aware that the majority of companies do not back-up effectively. We offer services from advice on setting up a procedure to performing the task on your behalf both onsite and remote to our own Genmar Vault
